Most e-shops in Slovakia and the Czech Republic have pre-programmed patterns for importing data directly to Money S3. Money S3 version is dedicated to small enterprises. Last development of this software is on a very good way since interesting additional modules such as Document Import from Excel have been developed ÔÇô using this module, issued and accepted invoices, receivables, liabilities as well as inventories can be imported directly from Excel to Money S3 ÔÇô this must be appreciated when switching from another accounting systems to Money S3 while large balances must be imported. Other useful extensions are Periodic invoicing, XML data Exchange and Modul S3 Automatic thanks to which specific tasks of Money S3 can be planned and automated, Money S3 is fully compatible with cloud solution iDoklad which was developed by C├şgler Software. However, what we lack in Money S3 program is for example group generating of Reverse charge documents to accepted invoices (but this functionality is present in Money S4), invoice number series can have maximum of 10 digits, print lists are not so well-arranged as for example in MRP K/S system.
Company information system Money S4 enables mainly double-entry accounting, VAT registration and creation of outputs based on requirements of legislation for medium and large enterprises. Many accountants who kept records in Money S3 and switched to Money S4 are satisfied. Cleint-server architecture is a great advantage in comparison to Money S3. Its data are saved in SQL server, access rights of users are more detailed than in Money S3. Money S4 is also directly connected to VEMA payroll system where the payrolls are made faster and the process is not as complicated as in S3. Graphic environment is nice and fast. Invoice number series can have up to 15 digits. We rate this system as top, progressive and well-arranged. It belongs to the most favourite ones.
